Our saw shop operates on day shifts Monday to Friday and night shifts Monday to Thursday. Flexible work patterns can be negotiated to suit you. The team of Saw Doctors you would work alongside, are responsible for:

  • Maintaining and repairing saws to keep our operations performing at peak precision
  • Work alongside qualified Saw Doctors, and TA's in a high-performing, collaborative team
  • Step into or work towards a leadership position as Head Saw Doctor, mentoring others and influencing future upgrades
  • Taking ownership and sharing ideas in a team where your voice matters

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience as a Saw Doctor (qualified or unqualified with relevant trade background)
  • A passion for precision, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Leadership potential or experience – or the drive to grow into that space
  • A safety-first mindset and strong team player

To be considered, you must already be living in New Zealand and be legally entitled to work here. Pre-employment drug testing applies.
