What we are looking for

  • Holders of a NZ Registered Level 4 qualification (ANSCO Skill Level 3) or at least three years of relevant experience.
  • Physically fit and energetic team players with a great sense of humour.
  • Effective communicators who are able to communicate openly and honestly.
  • Health & safety champions who are committed to the safety of themselves and others around them.
  • The ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug & alcohol tests.
  • Individuals who hold a New Zealand Class 1 driver’s license and have their own reliable transport.

Key responsibilities

  • Determine tooling and machine requirements for timber processing.
  • Set up woodworking machines and wood stock for precision cutting, planning, shaping, sanding, profiling, and painting.
  • Operate machinery to produce high-quality timber products.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and legislative requirements.
