McNeill Distribution is a proudly Southland-based transport business in an exciting period of growth. Our modern fleet includes log cartage trucks, container transporters, and bulk carriers—and we are on the lookout for experienced, versatile drivers to join our team servicing both bulk distribution and logging operations.
McNeill offer:
- Permanent, full-time positions (minimum 40 hours/week); year round security and opportunity

- Primarily day shift hours with some flexibility required to support weekend and night work as required - with notice.

Our ideal team members are professional drivers who are skilled behind the wheel and bring the right attitude to work every day! To be successful at McNeill we require candidates to:
- Hold a Class 5 licence with at least 3 years’ driving experience
- Have log and or bulk transport experience
- Be committed to health and safety
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, supported by solid employment history, and reliable recent references.
- Demonstrate a clean driving record
- Be supportive, encouraging and willing to mentor new drivers
